A multitude of classes offers a wide variety of options for your weekly exercise program. Add to your regular circuit workout by joining one of our daily group fitness classes.
Cardio Circuit:
During your regular circuit workout you will be guided through exercises with the intensity for keeping your heart rate in your target zone.
Working collectively with fellow women, emphasis is placed on higher cardio moves between resistance machines. Inspiration from your circuit coach ensures you will be meeting your heart-rate goals.
Mondays 5:30 pm, Thursdays 10 am
Sweat ‘n Swear
Simple and effective aerobic full body workout beyond the circuit.
During your Sweat ‘n Swear Workout you can expect to use a variety of modalities to increase workout intensity. Be prepared for steps, kettle bells, free weights, and floor exercises.
You WILL sweat and you might swear… that’s ok, we can take it!
Tuesdays 5:45 pm
Stretch and Flex
Aimed at improving your flexibility, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Our instructors expertly guide you through a gentle total body stretch while encouraging you to gradually increase your range of motion.
Tuesdays at 8 am, 10 am, and 6:15pm
Balance and CORE
This class is especially designed maintain core strength to support your physical balance. Standing exercises using free weights and exercise balls challenge you increase your ability to balance on one foot. Balance and CORE gives you the necessary strength and reaction to prevent falls and injury.
Wednesdays at 10 am
Steps & Weights
A modification to the traditional circuit. The steps and free weights are used in the centre as an alternative to the basic cardio intervals. This workout focus on additional toning and strengthening.
Mondays at 9 am, Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Hard CORE
Taking core training to the next level. Using balls, resistance bands, planks and other floor exercises, target specific core muscles and improve core strength. This class wraps up with a full body stretch.
